Buying Terms

Once a price in U.S. Funds is agreed upon for the solar items (hereafter called "solar system"), the buyer will send payment payable to “Jesse Torres III ” to be held in escrow. Please write in the lower left corner of the check "Torres Solar System". Please include your full name, address and contact phone number and fax number along with your check. While personal checks will be accepted, the solar system will not be released until the funds clear. Certified or Cashiers checks are recommended. Once the funds clear, a bill of sale clearly listing purchased items and price will be sent via certified mail to the buyer within 10 days of funds clearing. The solar system is located at the seller's home 34 km south of San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico, in Campo San Pedro. The seller, due to health reasons, is not living in the house. The buyer is responsible for removal and transport of the solar system from the San Pedro house. The itemized bill of sale will give the buyer permission from the San Pedro camp owner to remove the items listed in the bill of sale from the house.

All sales are final. The solar system will be sold "as is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness of purpose. It is the obligation of the buyer to inspect the solar system before agreeing to its purchase and the buyer waives all rights to raise any claims with respect to the condition of the solar system or the nature of the sale.
